Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Stamps must not be affixed, cancelled, or damaged
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
For security and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for stamps that have been used, altered, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Stamps that have been used, partially used, or affixed
- Items returned after the 14-day cancellation period
- Items returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Process

You are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- We will issue a refund within 14 days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Original outbound postage costs will be refunded (standard delivery only)
If the returned items show signs of use or damage, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund where appropriate.
